100% Viognier

It has a very soft yellow color with green notes. Very intense and fruity nose, where peach, pineapple and guava stand out. In the mouth it is very fruity, balanced and fresh with a very long and elegant finish.

Recommended to accompany: dishes based on fish and seafood, also white meats and spicy dishes.

A tailor-made blend, a “tribute”.

75% Tannat/ 25% Marselan
2020 Vintage

Inspired by the free spirit, simplicity, and elegance of Galeazzo Viganó, father of the winery’s founder. “Born Free as free as the wind blows, as free as the grass grows, born free to follow your heart” (John Barry, Don Black), the favorite song of the man who inspired this wine, which is also our way of celebrating his life.

A blend of medium intensity, purple color, balanced with a concentration of very soft tannins and a nose of dried plums, figs, vanilla and spices.

The tannat grapes from our vineyard and the addition of marselan grapes from neighboring producers were combined to create this new Carmelite blend, whose main characteristic is balance and equilibrium.
The tannat aged for 12 months in American and French oak barrels while the marselan was aged in steel tanks.

The Gambler

This new high-end wine was designed to enhance the Merlot variety that has a long tradition in Carmelo, achieving excellent wines.

100% Merlot

Aging: 12 months in American and French barrels.

Made with selected and very ripe grapes, this wine has an intense ruby color, with an intense nose with notes of red fruits, chocolate, vanilla and fig raisins.
In the mouth it presents concentrated, round and very balanced tannins, with an excellent finish.

Service temperature 18º C

Ideal to accompany salmon, chicken, roast meats, pastas prepared with sauces and grilled vegetables.
